The annual Elliðavatn Christmas Market features a market (obviously) and is frequently visited by those Yule Lads everybody keeps talking about. You can also pick and cut down your own Christmas tree!

The Icelandic Academy of the Arts (Listaháskóli Íslands) runs a Christmas market at Loft Hostel, where art students sell their wares.

In addition to having its own skating rink, Ingólfstorg also plays host to a Christmas market that’s running throughout December.

While technically not a Christmas Market, the Kolaportið flea market turns Christmas-themed each December, and always has a varied selection of goods.
