According to the advertisement, Hotel Flóki is seeking a hotel manager who possesses just a few run-of-the-mill attributes:

University degree in business, tourism, or equivalent;

Minimum 5-years experience in the hotel industry;

Skills in finance, accounting, marketing and sales;

Ability to speak English, Spanish, Russian, and German (yes, “and”, not “or”);

Handle the breakfast buffet, when needed;

General cleaning and repairs;

Janitorial work;

Great physical strength to move furniture and other items.

No biggie.
According to mbl.is Bjarney Lea Guðmundsdóttir, who placed the ad, has yet to receive any applications, though she remains hopeful that the right candidate will turn up.
